The bankruptcies of GM and Chrysler marked the end of business as usual in Michigan and Detroit. The emerging business model is one that focuses on value, quality, and efficiency. Similarly, attorneys representing employers have found the days of “millions in defense, but not one cent in tribute” are gone.
